Ode to Giada

Tuesday, January 29, 2008 I must once again thank Giada DeLaurentis for a fine meal. I made her parmesan-crusted pork chops, which were easy to prepare, made a lovely presentation and tasted delicious. I messed up a little, as I usually do with pork chops. The chop intended for Jake was so thick that I undercooked it a bit and he had to finish it up. Nevertheless, he enjoyed his dinner very much. We talked about growth. Mine.
