Sweet Balsamic Ravioli

I have a new recipe. It is quasi-fancy…rich in flavor…inexpensive, and really easy. I think it’s my new favorite “special occasion” recipe. I took it from Giada de Laurentis (the food network chef who always acts like her food is turning her on), and adapted it a bit – my way of calling it MINE!
